These images are 'printer friendly' in the sense that they're nicely laid out for printing your own manual. They will not appear to be in any semblance of page-order until you print them and assemble the manual. Printer geometries vary, so I can't say exactly how to load the paper in your printer for proper results, but what you want to end up with is sheet1out on the opposite side of sheet1in, sheet2out on the back of sheet2in, etc.
All images should fit, to scale, printed in landscape orientation on 8.5x11" paper (10"x4" @ 300dpi).
stack the 4 sheets in numerical order bottom to top (i.e. sheet1 at the bottom, sheet2 at the top) with the 'out' side facing down. Fold in half, and staple if you can. For authenticity, trim 2.25" off what are now the top and bottom edges of the booklet and .5" off the outside edge to make a 5" wide by 4" tall manual that will look really spiffy alongside your other NES booklets.
